How much is shipping on tool storage?
Flat $9.95 within the U.S., and free on orders over $99. Orders ship in 1-3 business days and arrive 3-7 business days later, with tracking. See our shipping policy.
How long does wood furniture take?
About 3-4 weeks door to door: 7-10 days of carving, your photo approval, about a week of finishing, then 3-7 business days in transit. Wood furniture ships free to the contiguous U.S.
Can I return tool storage?
Yes - within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, with no restocking fee. See our refund policy.
Can I cancel a wood furniture order?
Within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once you approve the finishing photos the piece is final sale for change of mind, but anything damaged or defective is repaired, replaced or refunded.
