Frances Top in Black

It features a breezy silhouette, a square neckline, and short puffed sleeves trimmed with petite ruffles. A square yoke is adorned with alternating panels of ruching and inset lace. Leave it loose, or tuck it into your favorite pair of high-waisted jeans.
